      Qualifications

      1985 -Introduced to the earth tourism system (Community College) 1986 - Had a vision of a hotel in space and thought, it would be interesting to apply what I'd learned about earth tourism to the space tourism system. 1986-1993 - Supervised the Washington State Capital Tour program 1993-Awarded a Certificate in Space Studies from the International Space University (ISU) (full-scholarship) Sparked an interest in finding ways to amplify women's voices, talents and perspectives. 1994-Teaching Assistant, Space Humanities, ISU, Barcelona. Supported Dr. Ben Finny (Space Anthropologist) and Dr. James Dator (Space Political Futurist); I mentored students from many countries and disciplines. 1986-1994-BA/The Evergreen State College; focused on applying societal marketing strategies to the space tourism system. 1997-2000 MA Whole Systems Design Program. Designed a space tourism system titled Women's World-Wide Civilian Space Travel Action Research Study (WWW~CSTARS). 2000-2024 Refined the study. Worked as a teacher, trainer, workshop facilitator and grant manager. Acquired valuable skills necessary to teach a space tourism course. 2023 - Retired. Ready to launch a new career as a Space Tourism Systems Designer.

      A Societal Marketing System

      Motto: Connect / Educate / Activate WWW~CSTARS is a societal marketing project that seeks to ensure that space travel companies do not neglect the welfare of the society in the race to satisfy consumers and gain more market share. This is important for society, environment and business and the generations of consumers to follow. The project focuses primarily on: Consumer Welfare Environmental Welfare Social Welfare Objectives of WWW~CCSTARS Women will work together to highlight the objectives of societal marketing: Facilitating marketing workshops that work for the benefit and overall well-being of the society. Including social and ethical considerations in marketing practices. Ensuring that the marketing activities do not cause damage to the environment. Including ethical, social, and ecological considerations in market planning for civilian space travel businesses

      Primary Goal: MA Space Studies

      Earn a Master's Degree in Space Studies from the International Space University ( 2025-2026, Strasbourg, France) Benefits to an MA in Space Studies - Discovering the most recent space travel innovations and thinking - Access to mentorship and guidance from space professionals - Interacting with other space enthusiasts (students) from around the world - Fleshing out WWW~CSTARS within a formal academic structure - A 3-month internship with a space organization Goal: Raise $60,000 Tuition: $30,000 (1 year program/3-month Internship) Room and Board: $30,000 (1 year living in Strasbourg, France)
